01Membership Eligibility & Restrictions

Before creating an account on bf66, please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria below. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in account closure at any time.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older — no exceptions.
• Each individual may register only one bf66 account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Bf66 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to become members.

02Account Registration & Security

Registering on bf66 is completely free. However, certain rules must be followed during registration — these are in place to protect the security of your own account.

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Choose a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone. Using another member's account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact bf66 Support immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawal. This may require a photo of your national ID or passport.
• If false information is provided during registration, the account will be closed without verification and the balance may be forfeited.

Bf66 may request additional verification documents at any time. This is done to prevent fraud and to keep your account secure.

03Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bf66's bonus offers are designed exclusively for members. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, though cashback is held in a separate wallet.
• The maximum single bet from a bonus balance must not exceed 10% of the balance.
• Once a bonus expires, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.
• Bf66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion terms at any time.

04Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on bf66 are fully secure. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Bf66 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though charges from your payment provider may apply.
• For suspicious transactions, bf66 may request additional information and place the payment on hold.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.

05Betting Rules & Game Terms

Bf66 has a set of general rules that apply to all betting and gaming activities on the platform. Each game category also has its own detailed rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an independent third party.
• Bets in Sports Betting cannot be cancelled once a match has started — however, separate rules apply for in-play betting.
• If a technical error disrupts gameplay, bf66 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.
• Using arbitrage betting, bots, or any automated system will result in account termination.
• If you get disconnected during a live dealer game, your game state is saved on the server.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change, but once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time will apply.

06Responsible Gaming Policy

Bf66 believes gaming should be an enjoyable experience. If any member feels their gaming habits are becoming problematic, we are committed to helping them.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• A cool-off period of 24 hours to 30 days is available for members who need a temporary break.
• For long-term self-exclusion, including permanent exclusion, please contact Support.
• Bf66 is committed to protecting minors and verifies the age of all members.
• If problem gaming is detected, bf66 may impose restrictions on the account directly.

07Account Suspension & Termination

Bf66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus system abuse or any attempt at fraud.
• Use of unethical betting strategies or arbitrage.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is complete. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any valid balance before doing so.

08Terms Changes & Contact

Bf66 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or profile notification.

• Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any translation dispute, the original Bengali version shall prevail.
• In the event of any dispute, the laws and regulations of the Curacao eGaming Authority shall apply.
